General Processing Error & Insufficient Funds Error while using Payoneer Mastercard in Pakistan.

I am Wajahat and in the previous tutorial I talked about the key points that you have to remember when you will use Payoneer Master Card in ATMs in Pakistan to withdraw your online earnings!
Now today I will discuss with you as very complicated topic that when you want to withdraw money from Payoneer and you put your Master Card into the ATM and entered your PIN Code then suddenly before opening the user interface ATM says "General Processing Error" and sometimes you see "Insufficient Funds".
Don't think that you are the only one who had faced this problem. Many of Pakistanis, who use Payoneer to withdraw their online earnings, had once faced this. You will find thousands of blog, articles, forums & topics related to this but they will only tell you about the error but not on how to prevent from it except few ones!

Today I will fully explain you the method of recovering from this problem while using Payoneer's Master Card.
1. The first error I'm gonna explain is "General Processing Error":

This means something is interrupting the ATM to process your commands. This is because the ATM machine you are using is not supporting online Banking and is not compatible. You should try the banks which support Master Card and Online Banking such as Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), Muslim Commerial Bank (MCB), United Bank Limited (UBL) but sometimes UBL also gives this error.

These are the banks which I personally use and are working.
2. The second error is "Insufficient Funds" :
This occurs right after you have entered your amount of withdrawal. This means the amount you are having in your "Payoneer Account" is not enough to withdraw. Also remember ATM always gives out money in multiples of Rs.500.
For example: You want to withdraw Rs. 1000 and at that time the $1= Rs.100, so you must have extra dollars in your "Payoneer Card". Mean to say you must have $15 in your Account if you want Rs.1000 out of ATM!.Because there are taxes that will deducted by Payoneer + The Bank's ATM you are using! So you must have this extra balance to avoid this error.
